The sessions are designed to provide an interesting perspective on a variety of key issues across family law with an international thread.

The next webinar will take place on Tuesday 26 September by Zoom at 16:00 - 17:00 GMT 

Head of the children team at Mills & Reeve, Zoe Fleetwood, is chairing this webinar, which will be focusing on current issues in child abduction and mediation in such cases.

The speakers are:

Colin Rogerson, Consultant Solicitor and Head of Fertility Law, at Mills & Reeve.

Janet Flawith, non-practising solicitor, Professional Practice Consultant and child inclusive accredited mediator of Aim Mediation and mediator with Reunite. Janet is a member of the Family Mediator’s Association.

Alison Bull, partner, child inclusive accredited mediator and financial and children arbitrator, of Mills & Reeve. Alison is qualified in cross-border mediation with MiKK.

Janaina Albuquerque, International lawyer registered with the Brazilian and Portuguese Bar Associations and practising mediator. Janaina is qualified in cross-border mediation with MiKK
