Event description

Please join us for the next in our “5 in 25 Countdown” series as we all start to prepare for the biggest change to procurement law in a generation, the introduction of the Procurement Act 2023, which received Royal Assent on 26 October 2023 and is expected to come into force in autumn 2024.

We hope that our new series of “5 in 25 – Countdown to the Procurement Act” webinars (taking place every couple of months from September 2023 through to implementation in autumn 2024) will help authorities and suppliers alike in making the transition to the new regime and in keeping up to date with developments as transition day approaches. The webinars focus on the new Act’s impact on the arc of the procurement process and the operation of a public contract, from pre-procurement considerations, through to choice of procedure and advertisement/transparency, to selection, evaluation, award, challenges, and operating (and reporting on) the contract.

For the next in our 5 in 25 Countdown series we are looking at the impact of the Procurement Act 2023 on the tender/evaluation stage.
