Please join us as we begin our new “5 in 25” series when we all start to prepare for the biggest change to procurement law in a generation – the introduction of the Procurement Act 2023.
We hope that our new series of “5 in 25 – Countdown to the Procurement Act” webinars (taking place every couple of months from September 2023 through to implementation in autumn 2024) will help authorities and suppliers alike in making the transition to the new regime and in keeping up to date with developments as transition day approaches.
Our 5 in 25 series will focus on the new Act’s impact on the arc of the procurement process and the operation of a public contract, from pre-procurement considerations, through choice of procedure and advertisement/transparency, to selection, evaluation, award, challenges, and operating (and reporting on) the contract.
For the first of these we will be looking at what the Act means for pre-procurement considerations, drawing out five key points to illustrate the impact of the Act on current practice.
