Event description

Stuart Pemble chairs this webinar where Caroline Hanratty, Emma Nash and Alison Garrett will discuss:

  • which building contract to use and how building contracts should be adapted for this sector, including how to address milestone payment provisions and the use of vesting certificates
  • where responsibility for co-ordination and design lies
  • whether this type of construction is caught by the Housing Grants Construction and Regeneration Act
