Higher Education discussion forum
Join us for our in-person London HE roundtable discussion forum, chaired by Kate Allan, focusing on franchise arrangements, and some of the regulatory aspects that need to be considered.
Jennifer Turner and Robert Renfree will look at the OfS’s proposals for new requirements relating to franchise arrangements, while Sam Rose and Siân Jones-Davies will consider freedom of speech, and the prevention of and response to sexual misconduct and harassment, when delivering in partnership.
Key topics to be covered:
- Franchising arrangements and key implications for providers arising from the proposals in the OfS consultation.
- Responsibilities when working with partners, especially those based overseas, including how to promote freedom of speech and how to prevent, identify, and respond to sexual misconduct and harassment.
