Event description

Our life sciences legal forums consider relevant topics for those in and around the legal function within life sciences organisations. The aim of these sessions is to share thoughts on the legal and practical implications of particular topics of relevance to the sector. We currently run these forums online, allowing plenty of time for questions and feedback. The agenda and timings for the next session are set out below.

In our next session we are delighted to be joined by Lexington Health, a strategic communications consultancy working within the healthcare and life sciences sectors, as well as a number of Mills & Reeve subject matter experts. To read more about our guest speakers please click here.

This session will be focusing on crisis management for life science businesses. We will shape the discussion around a series of case studies looking at:

  • a clinical trial failure
  • a contractual dispute with a key partner
  • a data or cyber breach.

We will address some of the main areas of legal risk that could arise, and Lexington will consider best practice for managing PR in response to a crisis, including do's and dont's in those all-important early days.

This will be of interest to those responsible for preparing for and managing the crisis response.
