The Forum will take place on Tuesday 7 February via Zoom.

Our Head of Life Sciences, James Fry will be joined by Kate Newman who heads our Competition Law Practice to discuss:

- Enforcement activity by the UK and EU competition authorities – what types of conduct have been scrutinized and what will the authorities focus on next?

- The expanding reach of merger control and what it means for the life sciences sector

- National Security and Investments Act – sector themes we're seeing

- Horizon scanning – what’s coming up?

Upon confirmation of your place, you will have the opportunity to send questions to the speakers so they can be covered if possible, during the webinar.
