Delivering social value is a key component of the government’s procurement agenda. As part of that drive, the Cabinet Office has published PPN 06/20 on taking account of social value in a public procurement. The Social Value Model sets out model questions, award criteria and reporting metrics aimed at enabling the meaningful evaluation of social value commitments in tenders.
Our speakers are public procurement experts. We’ll give you a useful overview of the Social Value Model before digging down into some of the real world issues we see clients facing when incorporating social value into their procurements.
The session will be of interest to (1) public sector authorities wishing to address social value elements in the design of their procurements and (2) private sector suppliers wanting to secure maximum credit for their social value offering in tenders to the public sector.
Our sessions are concise, informative and engaging and include time for live delegate questions. You can also submit any questions in advance when you register.
