Event description

We are increasingly being asked by HE institutions for advice on competition law, in particular how they can work together without breaching the rules against anti-competitive behaviour, controls on the mergers of HE institutions and the National Security & Investment Act.

Simon Elsegood and Sara Warner are senior members of our competition law team and will lead this online roundtable. As usual the intention is that this is an interactive session with the opportunity for you to ask questions, express your views and share your own experiences.

Chatham House rule will apply and we hope that this allows everyone to be open and facilitate a useful discussion.

Upon confirmation of your place, you will have the opportunity to send questions to the speakers so they can be covered if possible, during the session.

If you have accessibility needs or require any adjustments to enable you to take part in these webinars, please let us know using our accessibility requirements form.
