Does your organisation manage poor performance effectively?  Do you know what to do when performance management gets tricky?

This interactive workshop will focus on a case study exploring a number of issues that can arise when managing poor performance including:

exploring the reasons for poor performance (and discrimination risks to be aware of)

re-lapse in poor performance after a warning expires

dealing with grievances related to performance management 

the potential for early discussions to propose a settlement to terminate the employment

The session aims to facilitate the sharing of ideas from different participants and to increase your confidence in dealing with performance issues.
