Event description

In our July webinar, Rachel McDonnell and James Thompson concentrate on the key routes by which a financial services regulatory investigation against an insurance broker might arise and the extent to which those investigations might be covered by insurance.

The session will consider coverage questions in connection with D&O, corporate legal liability and professional indemnity cover, including:

  • What types of regulatory issues might be covered?
  • At what points can cover be triggered?
  • Will the costs of customer contact exercises and redress payments be covered?
  • Will appeals be covered?
