On Thursday 22 April, we will be joined by a panel of experts to present their views on what fuel stations will look like in the future. What will the Government’s plans to ban the sale of all new conventional petrol and diesel cars and vans by 2030, increase access to zero-emission vehicles and promote a green economic recovery mean for how we use fuel stations?
The push towards us all owning electric vehicles means a fuel station visit will no longer just be a stop off for refuelling or rest break. Increased dwell time for recharging means it will become more of a destination.
- What opportunities does this present to investors?
- What are the commercial opportunities for offices, retail and leisure to capitalise on the captive market?
- What opportunities and threats do alternatives present?
Whilst easy to see how fuel stations could become a thing of the past, as petrol and diesel cars start to get phased out and we charge our EVs at home/work, fuel stations can still be successful if they adapt to the opportunities. We will explore what changes may be required.
Join us at 11:00 as we explore the investment opportunities and resulting considerations in this thought-provoking and interactive panel discussion. Ruth Andrew will chair the discussion in this joint webinar with RSK as we welcome Warren Percival from RSK, Adam Wadlow from Barber Wadlow and Tom Hurst from Fastned to provide their experience and expertise.
