Shopping isn’t what it used to be. The high street is changing. Internet purchasing is here to stay and will only continue to expand. In order to accommodate this, the construction of warehouses is increasing exponentially. Putting them up is easy. The difficult bit is installing the equipment within. What’s the most appropriate industry standard contract to deal with this? Unquestionably MF/1, otherwise known as the Model Form of Contract for the Design, Supply and Installation of Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Plant, currently on its 6th Revision.
