Good news for (negligent) surveyors

Stuart Pemble has had another article published in Estates Gazette which examines the Supreme Court's decision in Tiuta International Ltd (in liquidation) v De Villiers Surveyors Ltd.  The case was concerned with the appropriate measure of damages in an over-valuation case and the 'but for' test applied in negligence cases was scrutinised by the court.

The link to the article is here, but to read it requires a subscription to Estates Gazette.
