Brexit is moving into the next phase, with the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement taking effect today. This will have an impact on many intellectual property rights. Trade marks, designs, supplementary protection certificates and plant variety rights will all be affected, with most of the changes expected to begin operating at the end of the year.
