Birmingham banking team up and running at Mills & Reeve thanks to new appointment

We have appointed David Varnham to head up our new Birmingham banking team.

David joins from the London office of Allen & Overy where he spent over ten years in the firm’s banking department. David has a wealth of experience in the banking sector, including expertise in acting for borrowers, lenders and governments on domestic and international financings across a wide range of sectors. 

David joins Mills & Reeve’s strong national banking team which has expertise in all aspects of banking and finance work including corporate lending, real estate finance, project finance, acquisition finance, asset based lending and restructuring

The banking team acts for a wide range of public and private sector clients including some of the UKs leading banking institutions, corporates and public sector bodies.
