Naomi is a family law specialist. As part of the nationally recognised leading family law team at Mills & Reeve, her work includes advising on complex financial issues arising out of divorce and separation. She advises on areas of wealth protection including pre and post marital agreements and cohabitation agreements and, also, on all areas of private children law.

Naomi distils her client’s objectives early on and advises throughout her instruction with a resolution-focus. She provides commercial and strategic advice, often working closely with her colleagues specialising in private wealth (tax and trusts), on the treatment of family businesses, farms, trusts and pensions on divorce. She will keep her client’s desired resolution her focus; recently she achieved a successful financial settlement for her client (wife) of a high net-worth asset base which comprised several owner-managed family companies and international property. By reaching settlement, the cost and distress of a seven-day final court hearing was avoided.
