What can I do for you?

I support health and care sector clients and other corporates and third sector entities to make deals happen. From concept and planning through to negotiation, agreement, completion and post-completion management, my approach delivers projects on time, on budget and giving outstanding service. I have an exciting and varied workload, from volume acquisition programmes for multinationals, to innovative national contracts for the Department of Health.

My background is in the corporate and commercial sector, where I developed a specialism in health and care. I enjoy bringing the learning gained from years of acting for independent sector health providers, NHS clients and core corporate clients to my pragmatic yet detailed approach to delivering the outcomes my clients strive for.

  • Advising a CCG client on the roll out of a Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund project for the development of a new model of care for patients with 5 or more complex needs
  • Producing the ground-breaking precedent sub-contract for the provision of clinical services for joint clients DH and NHS England
  • Helping deliver Columbus International’s $3bn sale to Cable & Wireless
  • Advising a healthcare client on international projects to design mental health services for the global marketplace
  • Weetabix’s £1.2bn investment from the global giant company, Bright Food
  • Acquiring over 200 dental practices over 15 years for a range of corporate dentistry providers
  • Acting for the system integrator on the largest outcomes based contract to date

What else should you know?

I like to take a fresh approach to corporate and commercial health transactions and instructions, focusing on practical, solution driven advice and always keeping the commercial drivers of the deal at the forefront. My aim is to deliver a deal or instruction on time and on budget whilst maintaining a sense of humour – even when eating pizza at my desk at midnight for the tenth night in a row! I am a down to earth lawyer and have a firm grasp of what is important to prioritise in order to get a deal over the line. I also realise the importance of keeping up with the scale and pace of change.

When not doing deals I also enjoy business development and regularly work with colleagues in different teams and across a wide range of sectors in winning new clients for the firm. Away from deals and business development, I am an exercise junkie (if only to counter the pizza consumption) and a hands-on mum to my two beautiful children.
