What can Ellie do for you?
Ellie specialises in helping individuals navigate successfully through the legal minefield on divorce. Her work mainly involves negotiating financial settlements, but she also deals with arrangements for children and wealth protection, such as pre and post marital settlements. She has a particular interest in pensions and a growing practice in obtaining English pension sharing orders after overseas divorces.
Supporting your ambitions
Mindful that divorce can be emotional and unsettling, Ellie adopts a constructive and conciliatory approach wherever possible, but has years of court experience where the need arises. Being a collaboratively trained family lawyer she enjoys working with colleagues to find family focussed solutions.
Ellie works closely with clients to understand their needs and to support them to achieve their aims. Highlights include using her expertise to secure English pension sharing orders following divorces in jurisdictions such as Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and several USA states, to allow clients to successfully complete and implement the foreign orders.
What do others say?
Ellie was delighted to win acclaim in Legal 500 for being "incredibly thorough and professional in her approach". She is also highlighted in Chambers & Partners as a recognised practitioner.
