What can Georgia do for you?
Georgia specialises in real estate litigation, advising clients on a range of disputes, from landlord and tenant issues and service charge disputes to the interpretation of rights and easements and adverse possession in the commercial, agricultural and residential context. She works for a variety of clients, including private individuals, food and agri-business sector clients, large commercial landowners and educational institutions.
Supporting your ambitions
Georgia recently assisted in the reported case of Great Dunmow Estates Limited v Crest Nicholson Operations Limited and others, in which the team successfully secured a judicial declaration that a "statement of agreed facts" was binding on the parties. This decision is of general importance to property law as the legal status of a "statement of agreed facts" had not previously been determined. The matter is being appealed to the Court of Appeal.
Georgia also regularly assists clients with recovering possession of properties, both commercial and residential, where the tenant has not vacated and evicting trespassers.
What do others say?
