What can Jack do for you?
Jack is a specialist in the planning and compulsory purchase law. He works on a range of matters, including drafting and negotiating s.106 agreements, reviewing application material and reporting on sites which clients are looking to buy, sell or refinance. He has particular expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
Supporting your ambitions
Since joining the team in 2015, Jack has advised on planning matters relating to the development of 6,200 homes at Radio Station Rugby. He is involved in negotiations with the local planning authorities on planning matters as the development proceeds, working together with the client and its professional team. He works alongside real estate colleagues on the sale of serviced parcels, advising on the planning aspects of the transaction documents, and he has created guidance notes for developer-purchasers explaining the bespoke and flexible planning and s.106 structure.
