What can Jack do for you?
Jack is an employment lawyer with 10 years’ experience of advising on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional employment law matters. Jack advises a range of national and international clients on employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination and whistle-blowing claims, business re-organisations and redundancy, trade unions and industrial action, restrictive covenants and Employment Tribunal (and High Court) litigation.

Jack is recognised for his ability to provide concise, clear and commercially strategic advice. Jack is a strong believer in working closely with HR, in-house legal teams and line managers to identify solutions to their employment law issues. In 2017, Jack became a certified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) having been awarded a Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management by the CIPD. This has greatly increased Jack’s understanding of the challenges faced by HR within organisations and how effective HR management can contribute to the success of the organisations he advises.

Jack has significant experience of advising multi-national employers on a range of employment issues across the Middle East and North Africa region having spent the last four-and-a-half-years based in the Middle East, most recently as the sole employment counsel for a "Big 4" accountancy firm.
