What can Laura do for you?

Laura is an associate within the corporate team and is based in London. Her work includes helping and advising clients in respect of company mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and investments and day-to-day corporate compliance issues. As a French speaker, Laura is also regularly involved in our international work advising clients on their UK interests and English law contracts.

What else should you know?

As well as being a French speaker, Laura spent some time studying civil law in France. This fuelled her interest in travelling as well as learning about other cultures. It also gives a useful insight when involved with international aspects of clients' business and with working with our partner firms across Europe.
