What can Rob do for you?

Rob is an Associate in the family team and advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements and children arrangements.

Rob is particularly experienced in children matters including those with an international element such as child abduction and applications for permission to relocate children to another jurisdiction.

Supporting your ambitions

Rob’s case highlights include successfully representing both applicants and respondents in child abduction and relocation matters and the reported High Court case of Re:X (Care Proceedings: Jurisdiction and Fact Finding) [2020] EWHC 2742 (Fam) a complex children matter which involved jurisdictional issues .  Rob is also involved in high-net worth financial matters and pre-nuptial agreements and has recently advised on a pre-nuptial agreement with assets in the region of £750 million.

What else should you know?

Rob came to law as a mature applicant, having previously worked as Assistant Vice-President at the world’s largest insurance broker. He studied for the law whilst working full-time in the city, obtaining a first class degree in law from the University of London and a distinction in the LPC from the University of Westminster. Rob trained and worked at the firm Dawson Cornwell in London for just under 4 years before moving to the Midlands in summer 2020.
