What can Sarah do for you?
Sarah supports the family team at Mills & Reeve in helping clients to resolve or avoid problems arising from family breakdown. Previously a civil litigator for many years, she uses that significant experience to good effect in matters involving an overlap between family and civil law concentrating principally on property disputes between former cohabitants.
Supporting your ambitions
With a focus on efficient resolution of problems, Sarah has helped to settle many disputes through negotiation and at commercial mediations, enabling clients to achieve a solution acceptable to both parties with an eye to the future. In complex cases, she has worked in a team with specialist tax, property and corporate colleagues to achieve the best outcome for Mills & Reeve's clients. She understands the stresses experienced by those involved in family disputes and works hard to provide flexible support. With her family team colleagues, she can help clients to take positive steps to avoid future conflict through, for example, cohabitation agreements.
