What can Richard do for you?

Richard specialises in avoiding or resolving disputes concerning property related matters. This includes a great wealth of knowledge on landlord and tenant matters (both commercial and residential). He deals with strategies and problems arising in mixed use development schemes, shopping centres, development sites concerning tenants, third parties claiming interests and has obtained injunctions against various protestor groups.

Supporting your ambitions

Understanding and facing up to issues before they became problems or preparing a strategy to plan for problems is how Richard best serves his clients. Richard has a number of years of experience and he brings that experience to examining the problem and seeing the issues that may arise. Richard finds that clients want a clear and realistic understanding of the risk and its implications.

What do others say?

Clients have described Richard as "meticulous, intelligent and good with clients", "unflappable" and "someone who keeps his client's interests at the forefront". Richard has also been referred to as a "class act" and someone who has "a wealth of experience and sound judgement which he combines with commercial experience and an understanding of the risks".

What else should you know?

Richard is partially sighted and spent his educational career at schools for the visually impaired. He was the co-founder of Blind In Business Charitable Trust (which works to bridge the gap between education and employment through the use of technology) and is currently co-chair of the board of trustees of the Norfolk & Norwich Association for the Blind.
