Mills & Reeve has acted for Bethnal Green Ventures (BGV) on the Tech for Good SEIS and EIS Fund. Mills & Reeve has acted for Imagen, the organisation that works with businesses to manage and distribute their video content with clients such as Formula One, The Premier League, BBC and Reuters. The £6.5m investment will enable the business to expand its global operations and develop its presence in the US and European markets, accelerate its product development programme and grow its technology division. The funding round was led by Downing Ventures.
