What can I do for you?

I’m the director of human resources for the firm. My role is to ensure we have ambitious and collaborative people who have the necessary drive, knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding client service to you. This means being responsible for resourcing and talent planning, employee engagement and relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, recognition and reward and organisational development.

As a firm we believe that people who enjoy the work they do and understand how their role contributes to what we are seeking to achieve as a business, leads to enhanced client satisfaction and ultimately better business performance. We promote good people management practices and monitor our progress using internal and external data.
