Stephen is a dispute resolution lawyer/advocate. He acts on insurance coverage disputes/malpractice defence/healthcare related risks. Clients include insurers, government bodies, healthcare professionals, corporates involved in healthcare provision including telemedicine and diagnostic services. Insurer clients include professional indemnity, A&H, Critical Illness, regulatory and management liability risks.
