It has allowed her to advise on the development of some of the most prominent and state-of-the-art new builds in the country, while forming and supporting a wide ranging professional team to meet short deadlines.
Catherine acts for a range of clients from developers, owner occupiers, landlords and tenants, contractors, retailers, banks, insurers and other institutions seeking to develop and fund health, education, retail, office, waste and engineering facilities. Cross sector work has more recently involved modular projects.
