Recent deals include the acquisition of a majority stake in online retailer Blinds 2 Go for multinational Hunter Douglas NV, and an intensive buy and build strategy for the Global Entertainment and Media Group, completing the acquisition of 14 major music festivals over 18 months, making Global the second largest festival operator in the UK. Deal making for Chris is all about communicating with clients and other advisers, then collaborating with specialist lawyers to get the best outcome for the client.
In 2018 Chris and the team advised Puratos, a multinational bakery group on its acquisition of Lancashire based Fruitapeel.
