Frances acts principally for commercial property investors, institutions (principally educational establishments and pension funds) and housing developers on a range of matters including sales, acquisitions and ongoing property management work. She also works with our corporate and banking teams, providing support on the property aspects of company sales, acquisitions and financing or re-financing deals.

Frances provides a wide-ranging service in commercial property, from ongoing estate management advice to assisting clients with site purchases. She recently acted as part of a team in relation to financing for a complex development site in Cambridge, working with different teams across the firm to achieve funding for the project.
