Katy's specialism lies in advising on commercial contracts across the IP, IT, technology and life sciences sectors. Her work ranges from drafting and negotiating IT outsourcing arrangements, IP licensing agreements and general commercial contracts to dealing with life science specific contracts including consortium agreements, research and development collaborations and associated supply agreements.
Supporting your ambitions
One of Katy's work highlights to date was to draft for a not for profit organisation a series of template research and development agreements. Katy helped the client, through clear and careful drafting, to achieve its aim of producing commercially comprehensive drafts to protect its position whilst also being transparent and understandable to those working with the templates on a day to day basis.
