We've worked with Speechmatics on a range of contract and policy/process issues as it scales-up its business, including refreshing its standard terms for new licensing models and helping design intra-company arrangements with its subsidiaries. Speechmatics has developed a number of autonomous speech recognition solutions, which help major media and broadcasting outlets’ to manage their content streams.
Formpipe - Leading provider of document management solutions to the banking and financial sector

We've worked closely with the team at Formpipe to develop internal processes for contract management and negotiation, advising on a new suite of standard contracts for different products and markets, as well as helping to develop corporate policies on privacy and security, modern slavery and anti-bribery.

We've supported Gearset (a leader in DevOps solutions for Salesforce) since its spin-out from software company Redgate.
