Mills & Reeve appointed to tier one of new look UK Government legal panel

Leading UK law firm Mills & Reeve has been appointed to a new legal panel established to advise central Government and associated public bodies on a wide range of legal areas.

Mills & Reeve was selected for the tier one panel alongside 11 other firms. There are a further six firms on a tier two panel to be used in the event that no tier one suppliers are able to meet the relevant requirement.

The 12 firms on the tier one panel will be eligible to receive contracts from all UK ministerial and non-ministerial Government departments, their associated executive agencies and non-departmental public bodies.

Kevin Calder, Mills & Reeve partner, commented: “We are delighted to have earned a place on such a prestigious panel. Our experience of working with Government departments on complex and high profile projects under the previous CCS arrangements helped us to clearly demonstrate our ability to advise the Government in the relevant legal areas. We welcome this opportunity to continue to grow our support for Government clients.”
