Danielle advises on all aspects of transactional real estate work. Her experience includes dealing with acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management work for investment funds and assisting with the delivery of mixed-use development schemes. She has acted for a number of the firm’s key clients across the public, private and charities and social enterprise sectors.
Supporting your ambitions
Danielle enjoys being an extension of her clients’ teams in order to provide pragmatic solutions to achieve her clients’ commercial aims. A recent example of this includes assisting on a time critical acquisition of a West End hotel and multiple retail units for a sovereign wealth fund and the subsequent funding and management work.

Danielle is a NextGen member on the British Council for Offices East Anglia committee which, working nationally, researches, develops and communicates the best practice in all aspects of the office sector.
