Peter is an associate in the insurance team, based in our Norwich office. Peter advises and represents defendants and their insurers on a broad range of disputes, with a particular focus on professional negligence claims.
What can Peter do for you?
Peter primarily acts for clients in the health sector (in particular surgeons and clinics/healthcare providers) and the construction sector, as well as other lawyers and conveyancers. Peter also has experience advising insurers on policy coverage issues, and providing advice to government bodies.
Having trained across six different teams at Mills & Reeve before qualifying into the insurance team, Peter can also draw on a broad range of learning and experience, from dealing with complex property disputes to assisting on large corporate M&A transactions and company administration.
