Tom is a corporate lawyer with experience of advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, equity and debt investments and fundraisings and corporate reorganisations. Tom advises clients in a wide range of sectors but has developed a focus advising growing technology businesses and investors investing in the technology sector.

Tom has worked with a private equity backed portfolio company on a number of acquisitions in the property services and software sectors. Working with the company as it has grown has allowed him to gain an in-depth knowledge of the business and its commercial objectives. This knowledge has enabled Tom to provide advice that allows the client to focus on only the most important issues.

What else should you know?
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I worked as a paralegal in the corporate law department of a law firm offering services in a number of offshore jurisdictions including the BVI, Belize and Panama.
