What can Alex do for you?

Alex is an associate in the planning team. He has experience of acting for landowners, local planning authorities and developers. Alex works on a broad range of large-scale development projects and has particular experience of negotiating s106 agreements and other related infrastructure agreements.

Supporting your ambitions

Alex has recently worked for the developers of Dunsfold Aerodrome, a substantial development being promoted for an initial 1,800 homes. Previous work involved the wider planning strategy and negotiating the s106 agreement. The application was called-in by the Secretary of State and Alex worked with the team during the public inquiry process. Following the inquiry, planning permission was granted by the Secretary of State, which itself became the subject of high court challenge. Alex worked as part of the team throughout this process, with the high court challenges recently having been dismissed.
