Recorded on 18 October 2023. This webinar explores Biodiversity Net Gain and is brought to you by Callum Ross, an environmental lawyer and James Dorrell a planning lawyer at Mills & Reeve LLP. James provides an overview of the new planning condition requiring 10% Biodiversity Net Gain on all new planning applications and the relevant legislation in the Environment Act. He'll also look at how we expect this to work in practice, the impact on developers and options/solutions open to them.
