I specialise in PFI, PPP and outsourcings. I advise public and private sector clients, as well as funders, on a wide range of projects across a variety of sectors. I have advised on a significant number of projects in the higher education sector that include the development of student accommodation and other facilities, often through innovative delivery structures.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
Recently, I led our multi office team acting for Aston University on its £215 million project to redevelop its entire residential estate in central Birmingham. The project used an innovative charitable joint-venture structure and was the first non-for-profit PFI project to reach financial close in England.
