What can I do for you?

I head our team of 16 health sector employment specialists. My work covers all aspects of strategic and operational advice, including NHS restructuring, disputes with medical staff and very senior managers as well as complex discrimination matters.

Currently, I am advising numerous providers on the employment implications of Transforming Community Services. I also lead on the NHS equal pay litigation, which is a complex area where the stakes are high and judgments are appearing on a daily basis from the appeal courts.

Supporting my clients’ objectives

Clients want employment advice that is practical and focused, and that doesn’t reflect negatively upon them or their employers. My clients tell me that they feel secure that I will protect the interests of their organisation so that they can concentrate on their day jobs rather than focusing on the distractions of employment disputes.

My greatest sense of achievement comes when a client averts expensive and protracted litigation as a result of a quick telephone call or a short email exchange, which in turn strengthens the relationship.

What do others say?

Our clients regularly comment on the value of our advice and the strength of our relationships.

In the words of Chris Nash, Human Resources Director of Worcestershire PCT: “As an HR team we have built up a close working relationship with Jog Hundle, Martin Brewer and Anna Youngs primarily and I believe this is essential given the complexity of the majority of cases we refer to them.  One of them always maintains the overview of a specific case so we have built up excellent relationships and consistency of approach.  I cannot fault the legal advice we receive which is always well reasoned, well laid out for us to consider and timely.  I have complete confidence in the advice I receive from them.”

Chambers UK states, "Jog Hundle advises health clients in a personable and conscientious manner."
