What can I do for you?

I’m a real estate specialist. Although I have experience in dealing with all sorts of property for a broad range of clients, my “bread and butter” is working with educational institutions on property sales, acquisitions and developments. As a member of Mills & Reeve’s market leading property and education practices, I am able to call upon a wealth of sector experience and expertise in addressing what we recognise as being a vital part of our educational clients’ business.

Supporting my clients’ objectives

At Mills & Reeve, we really value the relationships we continue to build with our educational clients. We feel that our sector expertise permits us an insight and understanding of our clients’ ambitions and objectives. For instance, we recognise the role that the built estate has to play in our clients maintaining and progressing their standing in a rapidly developing and increasingly competitive global educational market. As a property specialist, now is a very exciting time to be working within this sector and I continue to enjoy my role in assisting my clients in conceiving and implementing their real estate strategies.

What do others say?

As a market leader in advising educational institutions, we have recognised expertise in the sector. However, I like to think that our success also has something to do with the personalities and approach of the lawyers here at the firm – we strive to remain approachable and cheerful and to address our clients’ concerns in a sensible, pragmatic and constructive manner. In my experience, this approach seems to strike the right chord with our clients.
