We shall use any personal information you give us as set out in this policy and in the privacy statements that appear on the forms through which you submit your personal information.

If you give us your personal information, we may from time to time contact you by mail, telephone, or email to provide information that may be of interest to you, including details about the services we offer, newsletters, legal updates and invitations to events. We may disclose your information to our agents and service providers for these purposes. We shall give you an opportunity to choose not to receive marketing information before you submit your personal information. You can tell us to stop sending you marketing information at any time by contacting suzannah.armstrong@mills-reeve.com.

If you are providing us with personal information by completing an employment application form, we shall use the information you supply to assess and administer your application, and shall keep a copy of your CV and application form on file in case any suitable opportunities arise in future. Please contact annie.wilton@mills-reeve.com if at any point you would like us to remove your details from our database.

Cookies and IP logging

Cookies are small data files stored on your computer. When you access our website, we will store a session cookie on your computer for the duration of your visit to enable us to monitor overall website traffic; however, we do not use cookies to monitor your particular use of our website.

When you visit our website, our server will automatically record your IP address and the time and duration of your visit.
