I help businesses to achieve their commercial objectives. My work focuses on corporate finance for companies and other commercial clients. I have significant experience in advising listed companies (both on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM) on the full spectrum of issues that matter to them. My practice area covers a wide range of general corporate and commercial work, particularly in relation to IPOs, fundraisings, restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
It is always a pleasure to help clients implement challenging transactions. A recent highlight for me was assisting CMR Fuel Cells plc on a restructuring involving a tender offer and capital reduction. As a result of the work we did the client commented "Mills & Reeve's advice in relation to our restructuring was instrumental in achieving a successful completion". We also used our project management skills to great effect to close an institutional fundraising for Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group plc in what were difficult market conditions. Using our expert judgement and fresh ideas consistently for the benefit of our clients is what makes our role as legal adviser rewarding.
