Technology licensing

Your challenges

Wherever businesses share technology or skills, make money by giving others access to their technology or see opportunities from acquiring technology from others, licensing is likely to be at the core.

Achieving your ambitions

We can help you to make the most of exploiting your technology, or ensure that any in-licence is to your best advantage. We can advise you on your technology licensing strategy, advise you on collaboration, R&D and licence agreements.

Our considerable experience in assisting a full range of companies, including those listed on the stock exchange, with their technology licensing needs and issues will be used for your benefit.

The strength you need

You will have a team of three partners and six lawyers to assist you with your technology licensing needs and issues, who will provide you with the advice and assistance you need. We are able to provide you with a one-stop service that is commercial, cost-effective and proactive. We have a number of lawyers within the team who have worked in-house and/or have been seconded to our clients. We therefore can provide first hand practical, commercially focused advice. Clients who we advise on technology and intellectual property issues include Financial Services Authority and Worldpay.

Lawyers you can trust
