With more than 25 years’ experience in my specialist area, I have worked on a wide range of transactions for both private and public companies in the UK and internationally. Supporting my clients’ ambitions
We recently advised on a significant disposal to a quoted logistics group. The transaction as originally proposed collapsed when the buyer was unable to meet our clients’ demands for a market price. By careful structuring of the transaction we were able to build in a pricing mechanism which secured a good deal for our clients and gave the buyer comfort around key customers of the business. As a result our clients achieved their ambition to exit at a critical stage of the economic cycle.
