Event description

The Procurement Act 2023 is on course to come into force in October 2024. As authorities and suppliers prepare for implementation, please join us for this session where we will be discussing the Act’s enhanced transparency drive and extended publication requirements.

With the publication just before Easter of the Procurement Regulations 2024 (which sit under the Act and contain some of its more detailed provisions), we now have much clearer sight of these transparency requirements. While the new notices regime certainly increases the administrative burden on authorities, and provides greater scrutiny of individual supplier performance, we will look at how it also creates helpful opportunities for both customers and suppliers.

The session will also provide a general update on implementation; time will be allowed at the end of the session for questions.

If you have accessibility needs or require any adjustments to enable you to take part in these webinars, please let us know using our accessibility requirements form.
