Construction and engineering

The construction industry is full of complexity, challenge and competition. From allocating contractual risk to resolving inevitable disputes, our deep expertise enables us to help you achieve your goals.

Construction and engineering projects are often complex, of high value, involve new technologies and multiple parties, and raise a number of technical issues. Works are performed under challenging physical, legal and commercial environments. The pressures on quality, cost and time remain constant.

But while each project is different from the last, similar issues arise which can be managed and resolved. From property developments, rail and highways to energy projects, we can help you on all stages of a construction project – from its inception, through the design, construction and commissioning period up to and after completion of the works.
