Construction and engineering

The industry is full of complexity and competition. From allocating contractual risk to resolving disputes, our expertise enables us to give sound commercial legal advice on construction and engineering law.

Construction and engineering projects are often complex, of high value, involve new technologies, multiple parties, and can raise a number of technical issues. Works are performed under challenging physical, legal and commercial environments, while the pressures on quality, cost and time remain constant.

But while each project is different from the last, similar issues arise which can be managed and resolved. From property developments to transport or energy projects, our specialist construction and engineering lawyers can help you at all stages – from inception, through the design, construction and commissioning period up to and after completion of the works.
