The energy industry is a complex, fast-moving and high-risk operating environment. Our lawyers provide pragmatic advice and solutions to facilitate your energy transactions and resolve any energy disputes.

We have decades of experience in providing tailored and focused advice to energy companies and public bodies involved in energy projects and deals including upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas operations. These include exploration, production, transportation, processing and pricing, electricity generation through conventional power plant projects and transactions including CCGT, HRSG, CHP and EfW, renewable technologies including wind (off and onshore), biomass, solar and marine generating facilities. We are familiar with the project finance and funding arrangements, project procurement and contracts, JV agreements and regulation affecting such operations in these sectors.
